Soon arrived to the "Tre Pini" farm, Rocco will welcome you into his world characterized by ancient flavors and old traditions.

Afterwards, you will be guided on a tour to visit the farm and for the harvest, directly from the fields, seasonal products that will be used during the cooking lesson.

You will be introduced to the culinary art from the female cook of the farm that will accompany you at all stages of preparation of a typical lunch of Murgia.

During the preparation the methods to pair a good wine to the prepared dish will be described.

At the end of the course, you can taste the fruits of your labor. This course offers the opportunity to improve your knowledge in the culinary field, introducing you in a careful preparation of delicious recipes. We just have love and passion for good food!
